Service Greeter

Due to remarkable growth, Champion Porsche has the exciting opportunity to expand our team with the addition of a Part Time and Full-Time Service Greeter! To help keep up with the increasing consumer demands in a fast-paced environment, we are seeking friendly individuals with a strong desire to provide outstanding customer service to our guests!

Summary:

The Service Greeter will assist the Service Department by guiding and directing service guests and their vehicles to appropriate locations.

Essential Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

• Greet all guests entering the Service Department;
• Promote smooth, efficient traffic flow on the Service Drive.
• Assist with parking and the organization of guest and dealership vehicles;
• Ensure guests are familiar with dealership amenities;
• Direct guests to appropriate service personnel as needed;
• Assist the Service Department with other duties and tasks as assigned by management.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Must be self-motivated and have the ability to work in a team environment;
• Exhibit a neat, clean and professional appearance;
• Possess excellent verbal communication skills and speak proper grammar;
• Positive attitude and friendly demeanor;
• Have excellent Customer Service skills;
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record;
• Clean criminal background;
• Must have flexible schedule, including the ability to work Monday through Saturday.

Experience:

• Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Required)
